⏺ Pardavėjo minimalūs terminai garantijai yra 1 mėnuo, skundams - 1 metai, per šį laikotarpį pirkėjas gali pateikti garantines pretenzijas ir skundus. Skirtumas tarp garantijos ir skundo, pateikiame Allegro atsakymą.


"Dvejų metų skundo laikotarpis reiškia, kad klientas turi teisinę teisę pateikti skundą, jei gaminys sugenda per dvejus metus nuo pirkimo. Kiekvienas skundas nagrinėjamas atsižvelgiant į konkrečią problemą – tai gali baigtis remontu, pakeitimu arba atmetimu, jei žalą padarė klientas.

Garantija yra gamintojo arba kai kuriais atvejais pardavėjo nustatytas laikotarpis. Pavyzdžiui, pagrindiniai pasauliniai prekių ženklai paprastai siūlo dvejų metų garantiją, tačiau taip pat galima turėti pratęstą garantiją keleriems papildomiems metams. Tai reiškia, kad klientas gali pateikti pretenziją net ir po dvejų metų žalos atveju, jei garantija vis dar galioja.

Jei parduodate naudotas prekes, galite nurodyti vienerių metų skundų teikimo laikotarpį. Tačiau labai svarbu aiškiai nurodyti šią informaciją grąžinimo ir skundų politikoje."

"Warranty and Complaints Policy


Consumers and business customers have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days after the delivery of the order, without giving any reason. The buyer is then obliged to return the goods to us within fourteen days and to bear the transport costs.


We sell used spare parts with a one-month warranty for consumers and business customers. The right to file a complaint (claim) applies only to consumers. Under Allegro rules, we are entitled, in the case of used spare parts, to limit the complaint period for consumers to twelve months. A complaint cannot be submitted for spare parts which, by their nature, are subject to wear and must be replaced regularly, e.g., tires, timing belts.


We sell used spare parts that show signs of wear consistent with the age and mileage of the donor vehicle. Defects known to us are indicated in the description and/or in the photos. The stated defects are deemed accepted by the buyer and cannot subsequently be the subject of a complaint. If a test report for the spare part is available, it will be photographed and uploaded.


All spare parts are marked with visible and invisible identifiers. If the marking is removed or damaged and/or the spare part is opened or disassembled, the right of withdrawal as well as all warranty claims expire.


Before dispatch, we document how the goods were packaged. Prior to accepting the shipment, the recipient is obliged to inspect it for transport damage. In the event of transport damage, the recipient must inform the courier, document the damage with photos, inspect the goods for transport damage in the presence of the courier, note the damage on the delivery slip, or refuse to accept the shipment. If the recipient confirms and signs that the shipment was delivered properly, complaints regarding defects resulting from transport damage will not be accepted.


Before installing the spare part, the buyer or the installing automotive workshop is obliged to verify that the spare part is free of defects, so far as this is technically possible and reasonable. A complaint may only be made for hidden defects that the buyer could not see, know, or discover at the time of purchase, delivery, and installation of the spare part. In the event of a complaint, the buyer must provide evidence that the spare part was installed - and, where applicable, serviced - by a qualified automotive workshop in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. A complaint will be rejected if a defect arose due to improper or non-compliant installation and/or maintenance. The seller reserves the right to request the disputed spare part from the buyer for testing and inspection before a complaint is accepted or rejected. No removal and installation costs and no loss-of-use costs will be covered."
